@Prinsgezindepatriot if ur gonna tell other people something about The Netherlands than do it right, it does not mean Low Lands, it was known as the Low Lands early on, and the French still call it Les Pay bas. what actually means Low Lands. and we do not live beneath sea level, except for one of our provinces called flevoland. (btw it's called low lands because there are hardly any high altitudes like 200 m. tops??? not sure tough) :) well there you go some correct info :)

Seriously? Where did you go to school? About 60% of Holland is under sea level, nether means under/lower, and lands... well... is lands... so Nether-lands means Lower lands. It takes you 10 seconds on google, an encyclopedia or perhaps your parents to verify that info. check zeeniveau.nl for more info on that
