David Lazarus: public transit taking the wrong direction

hey, please keep me posted. i liked how the public transit as of right now expanded their services to the blind.You know with the lawsuit from the braille institute, I never knew that there was a deficiency in the system that did not cater to them or not as well. Best of luck to people of the Blind!
