  • Tutorial videos now available

  • New Mk II version now available for Windows and standard MIDI interfaces - see website.

  • Very nice! I improvise all my music on up to 7 synths at the time so this is definitly something for me - I think:) Can you produce arpeggio patterns too that can change with the chord sturcture or is it "only" playback/transpose? And: did you program it?

  • Hi Nicky, wow you've got some great music posted.

Sounds like you may like my work-in-progress album called 'A Minor Excursion', which explains how/why the universe started, from before the Big Bang to how it ends. Your music conjures up some nice imagery. See the PhiLiZound web site for full story & music.

Re. Sequetron: No arpeggio I'm afraid, maybe later, and yes I did program it - all hand-crafted in assembler code!

Contact me via email on website for more info.

    Regards, Phil.

  • Just thought - a specific arpeggio feature may not be necessary as it's just as easy to play whatever you want manually, e.g. you want a 3-note rising arpeggio, just play the 3 notes once and the Sequetron will loop it and play it back. If you want another arpeggio, either overwrite this one or record a new sequence. They can be any pattern - 4-note descending, 5-note up/down, whatever you like, ....even chords. I'll try and record some more video demos soon.

  • can i use a Korg X50 syntheziser with this sequencer recording program?

  • This should work; you need to set the global midi option 'local control' to off (page 32 in Operation Guide). Contact me via email shown on philizound web site for more info.

  • Ok, Thanks!

  • Very cool!

  • owesome! xD!

  • you rocks!! please can you tell me the name of the keyboard and what it cost! :P

  • Hi, thanks for your interest. It's just a cheap MIDI keyboard connected to a Supernova synthesizer via the Sequetron. The Sequetron is intercepting and processing the MIDI from the keyboard before it gets to the synth. The synth is making the actual sounds. The Sequetron allows you to record & playback sequences just by pressing certain keys on the keyboard. Everything you hear is created by pressing keys - my hands never leave the keyboard! See website for more info.

    Regards, Phil.

  • This is awsome, I must get one of these! very kraftwerk!

  • Thanks for the comments. You can download the demo version for free from the website. Let me know how you get on. Phil.
