i had that so i contacted gn (garry newman) he said `gmod is a hl2 mod, so when you have gmod a long time, or some times a short time it happens. it's due to the crossover of hl2 running exe and the gmod game exe gettingused 2 each other garry new man

i tried i just somehow teleport back to the dark room until i die and after i died i spawned in this dark room again but not outside so i turned gmod off and launched it again then everything was normal
