I have 5grandchildren and it thrills me to hear them listening to or walking around singing some of these old christian songs, I am so thankful all five of them are in church and singing and listening to this kind of music instead of all this music of the devil out in the world. People wake up and set the example for your kids and grands. We are responsible for them!!!! Vestal sends chills down my spine and tears to my eyes but I am proud of it.

I don't understand why You have to run Vestal down She was 68 in this and not far from Dying, look at her other Videos You will find your critisism all alone. I have never EVER heard one other Person run her down. I guess Your singing has always been pitch perfect?, never had an off night and perhaps if you did you did not have a critic listening that evening... I guess Jesus let her in in spite of "Bad High notes", But they didn't like Jesus either remember they Killed Him...Have a Blessed Day

He didn't say she sounded bad ... he just stated the obvious. He said "Good great Vestal" so he was actually complementing it. The reason people think that someone is always out there to bash people is because people twist things to make it that way ... awesome video!

Just a quick response in your defense. I fully understand that you are not being critical of Vestal. FACTS ARE FACTS: Vestal was getting some age on her, and like many singers, she was starting to loose her upper range. In her younger years, she could bust the highest of notes and in perfect pitch. Her pitch was still excellent, just in a lower range on this. I fully understand your comments and completely agree. Vestal was a great woman of God and she was loved by millions, including me.
