I really like this scene (ihihih I like EVERY JON-SNOW-SCENES) because it gives the idea of Jon as a leader, he is showing the strenght he has. He is not just the bastard of Ned Stark! He is starting to separate himself from this 'derogatory name (bastard) and building his own reputation, cutting a part for himself in the world.
