yea and the rest of the skyline series, including the newest gtr, is 4wd. if it is awd then all the tires have the power distributed evenly to each one. the 4wd system on skylines are the most advanced out of all cars because the power depending on the displacement of the suspension will change. when going around a corner there will be more power going to the front tires then the rear. its pretty cool actually. but you are right it isnt easy to drift these things.
lolwut? ATESSA isn't 50/50 split and there is NO way MORE power can go to the front wheels than the back. ATESSA equiped vehicles are predominantly RWD (0% split to the front for R32, 5% split to the front in R33 and R34) and feed torque to the front wheels when it senses wheelspin, up to a MAX of 50%.
A little bit of understeering there, but nonetheless, awesome~
