extortion artists. Thieves. I never had ATM charges and my checking had no min bal, and all of a sudden in July they changed policy and started charging 3 fucking dollars for non Citizens ATM's. (I never recieved a thing about this)well 200 dollars later I noticed and now they wont give it back. So I am going to leave 200 bucks in, go to the most run down store spend 200 the run and take out 200 from a mac and FUCK YOU CITIZENS. Good citizenship what bullshit.
I accidentally withdrew rather than deposited when transferring ebay money into my citizens account and they carged me $47 for the initial overdraw (even though I opted out for credit) and now $6.99 per day until PayPal put the money back. The manager basically said "sorry 'bout your luck Chuck" well fuck YOU Citizens, not even an American Bank anymore they were bought by RBS so closing the account after 20+ years starting when they were Mellon USE SMALL LOCAL BANKS BOYCOTT SCUM BANKS
