At first I was sad that the second to last episode of Stargate was doing an alternate universe thing. Then they got to this scene, and I decided that I didn't mind trading in an episode of my favorite characters for a damn sexy wraith. <3

Hot wraith is HOT! I know this may sound kind of sick, but I agree with Torri's statement from "Wraithal Discrimination" - I'd totally do a wraith (even despite the ... rather fascinating spine). Now if only the wraith in that scene had been Todd... *drool*

@icegirld They, MGM, have money problems. They seem to be more than $4 billion in debt. There are talks that Spyglass entertainment will take over. Anyway, SGU has not many different settings because they do not travel to other worlds much, like SGA & SG1 did; just saving money on the settings, space wars, epic battles, etc, if you ask me.

I like SG1 & SGA WAYYYY better then SGU but that is just my opinion.

@jeranien Don't get me wrong, I like SGU but it is not really following the trend of the Stargate Franchise. It is more in the trend of Battlestar Galactica so they shouldn't have called is 'Stargate' Universe. Maybe Bluestone Space Travelers or maybe Bluestone Calactica would be more fitting, because of the over-usage of the bluestones instead of the actual stargate.

Of course, this is MY opinion.

The way I understand it, the show was canceled because of money - MGM isn't doing too well and the cost of filming a sixth season was going to be higher than they liked. Apparently it was cheaper to do a brand new show, which makes no sense to me.

Yea, totally. I'd look totally human except for my hands, but I could always just wear gloves. And the benefits would be massive. Immortality, regeneration, resilience, increased strength, and the ability to feed, which, I believe, has been said to be better than sex. And I could always just take out the trash (human trash, of course. Kinda like dexter...or batman...but better). I wouldn't ever kill the innocent...I promise.
