@rx66jp It's something really annoying people do. Whenever there is a video and it has a certain amount of dislikes, they will put a stupid joke about how many dislikes there are. For this video, it could be something like "8 people will not Let It Be"....they think its clever, but its really not at all. They get some sort of pleasure out of getting thumbs ups.....
