@surikan1 It depends on your local laws. but 99.99% of the time, no... For instance here, a street legal car (4 wheels) has to have brake lights, head lights, blinkers, doors, side view mirrors, a windshield with wipers, and seat belts. Most golf carts i know of have next to none of those things. Now you COULD install such things, and have it legalized for street use, but then you have miles of govt red tape, and inspections to go through.
