Ya know what..I'm from Louisiana and this is what we do after a funeral!! To other people it may seem disrespectful or odd but the person has passed and is in a better place so guess what? It's a celebration!! Anyway...what kind of camera do you have it's awesome!

I hate seeing all these negative comments. People don't stop to think that yall were grieving when you found out that your loved one had passed. You did your share and maybe you still are... There's a time for grieving and then there's a time to be with the ones that you still have. You can't spend your whole life being down. Once the body is gone, it's gone. You can't dwell on it's passing forever, you just go on with life and remember what that person's life meant to you and others.

@meowifyme8 In different communities / families, different things are done. In my family we celebrate the life that was lived, not the life lost. Sure, we mourn and cry, but we also celebrate the impact that that person has made in our lives. I guess you can call it a "Going Home" (Home = Heaven) party. We make jokes, talk about the past and have a grand time. They decided to dance. So no, they are not happy the person is dead, they are simply celebrating the life that was lived. :)
