I've beeen watching a couple of your videos for the last week and I really like them! In most of them you talk about applying a base befor the eyeshadow. What's a base for?! I live in a tiny country over in europe called switzerand and we don't have the same makeup brands than in the states. Do you know any base in the makeup brands: Essence, Bourjeois, Max Factor, Astor that I could buy? We can find covergirl or maybeline here but not as many products as in the US. thank you!

hi xteeener! thanks for the vid! speaking of green shadows, I got this Covergirl green palette in matte jade/pearl seafoam/pearl sun sparkle

It wasn't very pigmented. When I spritzed some water, they turned these beautiful shades of green.

The seafoam, in particular, had some gold shimmers that was gorgeous. The sun sparkle can be used as a highlighter or a beautiful under-eye.

Anyway, I'm so glad for your low-pigmented shadow tutorial and wanted to let you know of the color palette :)

RockGlossMee: hey girl =) i actually have a video about Everyday Minerals if you want to check that out. i haven't had much experience with the matte finish but i notice that not many use it. intensive provides heavier coverage whereas semimatte is very sheer. i like both finishes a lot and use them depending on how much coverage i need. since i use a translucent mattifying powder often i don't find the need to buy a matte foundation. hope this helps!
