Rex may be a Florida Gator but HE SUCKS as a pro, I'm glad he's riding the bench. The stinking Bears had every opportunity to get rid of Grossman and should have earlier. He should have left after their Super Bowl loss, he's the reason they couldn't beat the Colts. Hester's return yardage is what got them through a lot of games, people don't want to kick to him now though.

No way, the Oline has played pretty solid this season and in the 2 games rex came in he still did the same song and dance of throwin into coverage and not leading his recievers and having passes batted down. He is a good backup QB, just not starting material.

Kyle Orton won because the Chicago Bear defense was rabbid for the last 2 games. Kyle Orton won 10 games in 2005 because the defense was statistically better than the 1985 Bears. Don't forget it was Grossman who came in at the end of the 2005 season and beat the Packers to win us the division because Orton was pulled during the Steelers game. i was at this game. just because grossman threw the winning touchdown pass dosent make him good he still blows. and if you saw this game you will realize that in winning he had quite a bit of help from the raiders offense, its alot easier when you dont have to score that much.

Yes, a veteran who's never taken a postseason snap in his life, has lost his starting job three times to better successors, and has been traded from 4 teams in the last 5 seasons. I mean the guy has "starter" written all over him.

Especially when compared to a guy like Rex who went to the Superbowl his first year as a starter, has the second best winning percentage in the league (behind Brady) and has the best record for a Bears QB since '61.

Nice prophecy for '07 "Bearsin07". Anyway it doesn't sound like you watch or understand these games. '06 had a strong running game, elite defense and elite special teams. They won in spite of Rex. Griese carried the entire team on his arm when he played and did what he could, minus that great defense and also Ron Turner's decision to stop trying to run the ball. Luckily for you, stupidy has been found to be genetic and there could be a cure coming soon!

Grossman in 06 only had 5 bad games so look at your info first. Griese was a piece of shit he threw four picks against the lions in the redzone and like another 3 against the eagles he may have come back against Philly but thats all he did in the season. 06 had strong all around game.

Before you comment, you should actually watch some Bears games. Griese threw zero picks against the Eagles. You wanna compare him with '06 Rex? Well, '06 Rex had the luxury of a top ten defense and T. Jones. Griese had a bottom of the league D and Benson. Ron Turner made him throw 40-50+ times a game (more than Rex or Kyle ever had to) b/c their run game was so bad in '07. It's hard to win being one dimensional. Thanks for playing.
