Obviously, that's a load of BS since this was probably the most creative and original video in the contest, plus it broke no contest rules (then again, 3 of the 5 finalists broke a rule, but made it anyway), but didn't make it into the top 5.

From what I've seen, the videos for The Kill, My Own Worst Enemy, and Here it Goes Again.

There are a few instances of that in each of those 3 videos (though one I'm unsure about).

Trust me. That rule was not broken on The Kill. There is a logo on the guys shirt that says Dare to Dream, but that is his own intellectual property.
