Lol my source WAS a wiki; the first result was, in fact, Wikipedia. Yes, a nuke does send a shockwave moving at the speed of sound. All explosions do. Even the cap guns you played with when you were a lad; a small, almost unnoticeable one, but a shockwave nonetheless. Most-if-not-all high-yield explosives, especially nuclear ones, give out electromagnetic pulses. I fail to see why you cannot comprehend this.
