Ok teacher, you wanna put the ingredients in the glass cup so the customer can see them. Ice goes in at the end so it doesn't dilute the other ingredients. To really seal the Boston shaker you need to give it a little hit on the top, to break the seal you hit it on the side.
This is actually retarded: the spirits go in first, the music is trashy, the guy is sketchy... yeah, I'm not going to this bar school for my training.
It is great that you get some background-history about the alcohol, and why you do what, BUT YOU DONT USE A JIGGER!!! -you realy should use free-pour...
If you're making a drink with cream shake all ingredients (except the cream) first in the shaker then add the cream after, then stir for 4-5 seconds. That way the drink comes out smoother and not so foamy.
