  • ever heard of air alert? that program gaurantees 8-14 inches on your vert in 4-6 months its helped alot of basketball players dunk you should check it out.

  • lol, i keep asking people if they think i should continue bulking and cut later, or cut now, if i want a body like John Cena. I assume you recommend I cut now? I am 5'11 194 17% caliper. What do you think I should get to before cutting again?

  • You should have tried the jump during the Led Zeppelin song that comes on towards the end of the video. You would have made it.

  • let your arms swing back while you squat lower and explode upwards. I think shoulders give you 5-10% of a jump.

  • sweet! i think if you squat down a little more before you explode, u will jump higher. it helps me jump higher. awesome job on all the progress in your lifts! if you jump regularly, i think you will have 36 inches in just a week or two

  • Good effort man. You need to sit into your hips more and use your glutes, hamstrings, and arms to explode your hips through. Everything needs to work in concert to create maximal explosive power.

  • thanks for that tip. I don't know the techniques for maximizing my jump but I am now learning!

  • The 32" box jump may very easy for others, but it was an accomplishment for me. Some time ago I could barely touch the backboard of a basketball goal. Now I am getting close to touching the metal part below the rim.
