Clock Tower 3. What makes this game different from other horror games is that you can't really kill the guys who are trying to kill you. You can temporarily incapacitate them with holy water or something like that, but that's about it. You're primary defense is running and finding a spot to hide. I haven't actually played the game, but I've heard a lot about it.
