Hi All, I'm on day 28 of the diet, 26 day on the VLCD as the first 2 days were my loading days, & I feel great. I've been faithful down to the health care products. No Challenge if you prepare meals in advance & don't temp yourself by being around foods that you shouldn't eat. @beckyg1957 Real hCG is perscription. U can get it through PharmacyEscrow or ALLDAYCHEMIST as they have a doctor who subscribes it. The Drops on the internet are just a Placebo as they are just water and alcohol.
