How long did it take you to build up your stamina and endurance to be able to do all the work outs you do so easily? You're fit as ever and I hope to get to your level some day, but it seems a bit out of reach sometimes. :\

@chubbyevanomore glad the info helped... yes those points are so important...done consistently really causes long lasting change...the habit of looking out for your health becomes so natural...especially trying to hold on to a feeling of what the perfectly healthy you would feel like... try it...:)~ahmad
my belly fat takes forever to go away either it stalls or goes very slowly meanwhile my legs and arm shrink nicely if that all makes sense probably not lol...i really want to get rid of this belly fat, i know that there is no such thing as target weight loss but i really want to concentrate on this area any tips? i do try to reduce my stress.
@carmellac2000 reduce your starch... try doing a light and easy detox...(jillian michaels 7 day cleanse is one of the best)...reduce stress...feel that these steps are working finally.... and keep me posted...ok?~ahmad
@GeorgiaGirl678 lol...I look at it like this... have a super tough warmup... nothing crazy..just simple things done until you're feeling exerted and lightly sweating... then I can hit my fatigue point sooner during my workout ...then I can leave gym... the thing with this is...you have to really pay attention to what is working... the past few workouts I have logged my eating and weight/body percent fat...to see what works... measure when u can...ok?~ahmad
Great exercises used in this video. That Wayne song you put at the end is great for working out to. It keeps me pumped!
