Therefore, does anyone know if Xemnas + Axel + someone other than Xigbar/Xaldin will work?

If their AI is so low that having one can allow a third member... maybe we can get even more by putting BOTH of the low AIs together?

Not really. Remember, only Xigbar and Xaldin plus Xemnas or Axel work. Their Data versions might crash the game, too. So you can't have much fights vs 3 Members.

I always see people asking for Sora x10 versus Terra x5 and other unfeasible stuff. While KH hacking did go a long way since it started, we've reached what seems to be a limit.

It's nice to see limits being surpassed, but we need something stronger than the PS2 right now. It's 66 million polygons per second isn't enough anymore...
