It's interesting that tempo always seems to be a hot discussion topic for this piece. I agree both with people saying that this is too fast and, the more rare opinion, too slow. Her tempo is a bit of a compromize between the tempo usually played for the organ arrangement by Bach and the original Vivaldi piece. I actually think it's really nice to do this because it preserves the spirit of both masterpieces at the same time.
Excellent! This is how I love to hear organ played - with joy and force, and speed when appropriate. This reminds me of one of the best organists of all time: Wolgang Rubsam. Well done. And thank-you.
I think this rather a bit too fast, and I absolutely agree with the comment about detailing the phrases. It's played very well, but in a bit of a blur of notes. I felt I kept losing my breath.
Still, she does a great job with a stunning piece.
Well played from a technical point of view. It would be better if she played the accoustics in the room and spent time detailing the phrases. The accoustics in part determine the tempo of the piece, when the reverberation falls on the beat the mechanical organ comes alive rhythmically and musically.
It's not enough to know the piece technically, you should give a sense to it. It sounds to me as if a machine played. No soul, no passion, no expressive power.
Beautiful music, beautiful execution! Thank you for playing this great piece conceived by Vivaldi and recognized by Bach who transcribed it masterfully for the organ. Thank God for music like this!
This piece is my favorite

Interesting, that's the first organ I've ever seen with a back on its bench.

Why so fast? Ain't no race.
Wonderful.
Play notes for their FULL value. Don't releasearly to geto the next note.
When you play this fromemory, you willisten to what is actually being played and improve.
Wish this were in a acoustically live room. Would be glorius.
Zoom the camera in more.

Boring. This is why people don't like the organ anymore. In most hands, it's ceased to be a musical instrument. No creativity.
