If you get punched few times in the face and turn your back to the oponent and lay on the ropes, it means you SURRENDER. You simply cant do this. and if you do it automatically means that you've lost. It's not that referee CAN stop the fight at this point. He MUST do it.
I can't believe it end up this way. It was a close fight, Hino was ok, the referee should have opened a countdown or something, but never stop the fight.
