Our bases (Chilean ones) are military and very boring I think.. Plus I hate the Chilean military

Im from Scotland, UK....Is it basiclly impossible to get to that kind of place unless im a full fledged scientist?

Or you have to get hired to maintain the station, which is what I did. Doesn't the UK have a station down there?

That's quite amazing! I'm from the north eastern part of Ontario Canada and it gets pretty chilly. But McMurdo takes the cake. :) Thanks for responding! It would be cool to go there myself some time. :)
