Also the dance here is slow enough to be performed decently. There is showmenship in the routine. They are trying to get more people into dance. Only to be put down by negative comments like on here. Tell them in private where they can improve not where others can go and put them down more. They made smart choices about the music and routine and tempo. I applaud them for their efforts!

Seriously! All these comments? Seriously? All dance forms evolve over time. Including the music and the tempo music is danced at.
Ex. Would be West Coast Swing. It got it's roots from the blues music. It followed into Rhythm and Soul. Then into the Disco type of music. Then the electronic music.. then into more of the funk then into modern day hip/hop and even into ballads.
People who say " I grew up with... therefore it is wrong what they do" are living in the past.

@Starseedancer I'm from that era.This dance they did was for show.In the clubs it had more feeling.I was there to live it back in the 1970's in NYC.The song was slowed down making it like a waltz.I studied Ballet since the age of 2 and Flamenco since the age of 4.I know about gracefullness, passion and stage presence. Their performance had presence, was graceful but no passion. Plus whats with the kick? It was enjoyable but not realistic.I think they did a great show. They needed a better song.

They dance so pretty, but couldn't they have picked a better song? Disco was a faster beat. They should have used Come Into My heart by USA European Connection. Now that's a hustle beat with passion.

i liked the dance and only wish the music was at speed. when the music is slowed down or u just do a slower song u lose passion of hustle. I liked the way the guy in the short sleeve shirt moved. it added to the dance. i loved the women's dresses,chevere !
