  • the horse is so beautiful,

i cant jump yet but im getting there

  • OMG. I looove level green! I did a camp there last summer! I rode Thunder, Peanut, Val, Bucky and a couple others. Oh, and how could i forget the mini horse Sadie!

  • very good for thr first time! keep it up!

  • hey, the way you looked then looks EXACTLY like i do now! I'm 12, and I'm like, the same size as you were! oh... wish i had enough money for horse lessons...

  • @TigersUnleashed i know exactly how you felt about not having enough money for horse lessons it took 1-2 years to get horse lessons ask anybody else in ur family like i did my aunt pays for mine and im going to pitch in with my brithday money! just keep trying to ask!

  • @jasminerebeccagray You're wrong about that...

  • Breeches fit you into the blonde horse ointment :D

  • well done =) nice job learning to jump =)

  • heehee (: im learning how to jump now too :) this is going to help mee :DD i must say :P well donee (y) mwaa xx

  • wish they did riding camps in england :( x

  • @jasminerebeccagray They do? But I'm in Scotland.. so yeah. But I've searched camps in Scotland and I came across some English ones.

  • @CuteRobyn10 ahh right :D don't look as good as the american ones though ;L

  • Try not to rise so high :) just a tip

  • W.O.W. my first jump my arms were all over the place!!but you seemed very cool and collected! great job!

  • wow! those horses are beautiful and that is great for a first jump

  • You have really good leg position. - envies -.

  • Awesome video :3. I was in pony club a while back I made it to b+ then I quit because when I was doing the test my horse stumbled and rolled breaking both mine and his leg. I think immature go back in though :3 I'm inspired

  • im horse mad and my friend has asked me to do a competition two weeks on saturday, problem is iv never jumped, how long doesnit take to learn to jump 40cm?

  • Great job!!!

  • aww ur lucky but i will 2 in 6 months or less >:3

  • Your position is really good, try too keep you hands down just a little. Other then that amazing :)

  • im not trying to be mean but my instructer told me to not rise that much as you did out of the saddle just saying apart from that awsome

  • your a showofff and how high can you jump

  • @mustangparidise She's not a showoff, she's just starting. Stop being a dick, get your head out of your ass and start being supportive. When you ask how high she can jump, you're implieing that you're going to out-jump her. Stupid little bitch.

  • I just hope you know to count your strides when your approaching the jump now(:

  • if yall r in horse camp for a week, yall shouldnt be jumping just saying.

  • hey, that's really good. nice half seat. :)

  • ur like me i jumped when i was 6 !!

  • it was ok. i did better my first jump

  • I wish I could jump that well when I was six...

  • i think i've seen your cousin's horse, wilie at a show where i ride!

  • That was really good for your first time.I jumped tiny Cross Country jumps my first time!

  • How is jumping? Please tell me all about it. I really want to learn!

  • @RedOakStables9 jumping is soo much fun. it's a lot of hard work, and a lot of self control and muscle developing, but it's all worth it. because when you jump, it feels like you're flying (:

  • that remindes me of me a few years ago!

  • That horse you were first riding looks just like my horse Honey. We had to put her down this May though.

  • @iLoveDinosaurs34

Aww, I'm so sorry to hear that!! My horse's name is Honey too!

  • @iLoveDinosaurs34

we had to put down a 'Honey' too... weird

  • @iLoveDinosaurs34 wow that is spooky!! she looks so much like my pony did, who was also a palomino who was also called hunny!! unfortunately she was also put to sleep but it was may 2006!!

  • @iLoveDinosaurs34 I'm sorry, I know EXACTLY how you feel. My favorite horse Slim got put down over a year ago and it's still hard for me.

  • Arent you supose to be able to canter first?

  • mere. is really good now and u r not that bad

  • I'm looking for a horse camp in Virginia. what city is this???

  • @JackRussellTerrier1

    It's just outside of Richmond

  • @JackRussellTerrier1 theres an amzing sleep maway camp in chatham virginia its a chatham hall bording skool check it out

  • That grey horse is really pretty!!! You did well for your first jump. Unlike me... I fell off, but then it was on a really frisky shetland and it was a year ago!

  • Shouldn't you be wearing a body protector especially for jumping when it's your first time, lol? anyway, good job ;) I can't jump to save my life, I'll probably have some videos of me riding in a few months - When I can be bothered taking some that is of course. I already have a few videos of others jumping; but not myself.

  • @AbbieLovesMurphy A body protector? She's jumping a tiny fence in an indoor arena, not a coffin jump out on a cross country course.

  • @gwenybear7 It's her first time. No matter the height of jump you're jumping, you should always wear a body protector for the sake of your health. You never know if the horse is going to get spooked or take a massive jump over a tiny jump which could make you fall over the horse. I'm only thinking for the sake of others, don't be so cheeky. Just because you're solid and you don't need to be protected in-case you kill yoursel.

  • i had to learn to jump by myself with my twin sister to help me with the 123 count and releasing the head

  • @battousaiblade It's not good if you learn yourself, you never know if you're doing it correctly or not.

  • @AbbieLovesMurphy well since i had a trainer not too long ago to help me with the basics, i feel like i'm doing ok. i'm clearing them all, my horse is picking his feet up, i'm staying on, i would say we are ok.

when i say i had to learn by myself, that was after i had the basic training.

  • @battousaiblade Oh that's good then ;)

  • awe so adorable and awesome brings back memories when i first started to jump when i was so so young:) keep with it dont stop!!

  • are u 10? by the way, great jumping!

  • Great first jumps :D

  • willie is SOOOOO CUTE!!!!

  • you guys jumped better than i did when i first jumped but i didn't learn it from the beginning i directly had to jump a low jump i didn't get to trot over poles because on camp i was sorted in the advenced class when actualy i was just a beginner ( jes i know funny way to learn but eventually i got it right ) so keep on jumping, you guys are great

  • Hi, you did great!! R u high jumping now??

  • well done that was brilliant xxxxxx

  • @whinbryn, Aren't you just nice. Not everyone is your so called perfect. With was four years ago pete's sake. You are probably just jealous that she can auctaully ride! And their walk and trot is pretty good. My riding teacher even saw this and she said that they were great. So Girls, keep up the good work.

  • cute little jumps , i love small jumps (:

  • WOW! YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!! I WAS WAAAAAAAAY BETTER ON MY FIRST JUMP! YOU NEED TO WORK ON WALK AND TROT BEFORE YOU CANTER OR EVEN THINNK ABOUT JUMPING!!!

  • @whinbryn Wow. You need to shut up. Why don't you put a video up of u riding. This was 4 years ago...

  • @whinbryn dude not everyone can get jumping straight away. She did wonderful for her first time jumping, waaaaaay better then my first time haha. But also note that she is a really small person? (no offence!) this makes jumping harder since you are more likely to bounce around in the saddle cause you are light! (again no offence!) but she didnt bounce, her 2 point was pretty awesome for her first time. So maybe next time keep your mean opinons to yourself, dont bring others down.

  • @whinbryn

my first time jumping was waay worse...they did great! why dont you post a video of u jumping?

  • that song is soooo gay but gr8 riding

  • that song is soooo gay

in cross country i'm grade 4-5

  • the horse is a\ bit big for u

and i went horse camp for a yr btu tthen i found it boring so i quit and i learnt by my self and now am a junoir champ in show jumping

  • thats really good! do you own a horse?

  • this is really good you gotta start somewhere right?! haha, ive been riding since i was 2 and now im a competitive horse rider and i go to wellington fl. every year, just remember heels down, eyes up, and thumbs up, ride with confidence, and just have funn. check out my riding video called razzle my tazz on my channel to see how far me and my sister have come(:

  • ok Im saving Money to learn how to ride a horse and i was wondering something. Well two things

    - Which Is Better Class Lessons Or Private Lessons?

    - And Do you get to learn how to ride at a camp? Or Do you have to Take Lessons and Know how To ride A Horse In Order to Join A Camp?

  • @VLS1998t for the lessons it really is your preference if you absolutly have no idea on how to ride then private is prob bettter to start with, and it depends on where your going most "horse camps" give you lessons but you just have to check

  • Holy Cow, love this video, because I can see you improve! Very well ridden, keep iit up! ♥

  • Hey, nice job for your first time jumping! :D

  • You know...I thing its some too early for jumps.

  • cute

  • You did really good, the first time i jumped was about 4 so i sucked like 5 times worse than you, so for all the haters dont listen to them, you did great, you will get better as time progresses, i am now 12 and i am jumping 3 foot. (Not trying to brag)

  • wow!! u did really well at0:25! u did better than i did at my first jumping lesson1 ur a fast learner!!!!! :) awsome song!!! willie's a pretty arab!! at least, she looked like an arab!:)

  • I'm 11 and i just started leasing a horse, I have been taking lesson's for 2 years but now that i am leasing i had to stop lessons. does any one know any good places to look for tips and riding. P.s. your video was cool

  • OMG is that camp friendship. it looks like it. thats where i might be going 4 spring break '11

  • is that at Hawk View ranch?? It looks really really familiar the arena and all haha jw

  • That was really good! I've only been riding for like 6 months, but I've had horses all my life.I only JUST bought my first english saddle, but I HATE using my heavy western saddle.Soo, Ive been riding bareback, and since my instructer sucks,I taught myself AND MY HORSE to jump bareback first. I'm up to stacking two logs on top of each other. No clue how high it is... But it's fun! Can't WAIT till my saddle gets here, then I can actually jump WITH a saddle for once! I have my horses at my house :)

  • you look pretty small on that horse! (he has a big belly! ^^)

it's good for a beginner... Might work on your position, but nothing else to say.. As long as you have fun jumping... ;)

I envy you! Horse Camp! Sweet! You did alot better than I did on my first jumps! I was on a pony slightly too small for me. Lol

  • that was really good for just learning!:)

  • Awh, this is so cute. I'm amazed that you said you were around 4 when this was taken. I'm 12 right now and haven't jumped yet. (YET!) xD

  • @BrigidWubsYou

    haha, i didn't say i was 4 years old, i said this was 6 years ago. i was 10 :)

  • @lgsthunder

    ohh....

I must be getting tired. xD

  • @BrigidWubsYou You haven't jumped yet? when did you start riding?

  • @horsejumpergal23 A longggg time ago. Many years. 4 or 5. But, It wasn't consistant, only like twice a year. I'm going now 2-3 times a week, and am leasing a horse at the stables I ride at. My instructor tells me of my progress, and says I'll be jumping shortly. In the future I hope to have my own horse. (Hopefully a Paso Fino, my dream horse. xD)

  • @BrigidWubsYou Oh I have been riding before I could even walk and started jumping at the age of 4 I own 4 local barns and over 100 horses but I hope you jump soon pm me when you do and put up vids I hope you get a paso fino one day :)

  • @BrigidWubsYou

im 12 too and i jump but small 70 cm fences

  • @BrigidWubsYou DW. you'll start jumping soon if your good enough,

  • @BrigidWubsYou she doesnt even look 4 lol!

  • @BrigidWubsYou aww you really should start jumping.. but it isnt your fault :) why dont you try and find a trainor or something to teach you :D

  • @ilovehorsesandcats1 Actually, I just started about 2 weeks ago. :)

  • @BrigidWubsYou how long have u been riding?

  • I"ve been riding for 6 years and i havent jumped yet and you jumped when you first started?

  • @americangirl161

I had already been riding a year before this

  • @americangirl161

do you ride english? just out of curiosity.

  • @americangirl161

really? i started jumping in about 2 years once I started. I have been riding for about 7 or 8 years now. I guess it just depends on the instructor and the horse

  • @americangirl161 6 years and you havnt jumped yet? :O woahh

  • @iluvcalypso

my friend has been ridden for 10 but she doesnt want to jump.i have been ridden for 1 year and i jump 70cm.

  • @bigtmylittleponyfan woah...thats good :) iv been rining 4/5 years nn jumped 1.20m :P

  • @iluvcalypso im know is it cos shes nervous

  • @americangirl161

heh,i jumped few months later when i started riding

  • @americangirl161 i jumped like the second year of riding.. build yourself a little pile of sticks and jump :)

  • @americangirl161 most people do it after like 6 months sorry but YOU havent jumped yet???

  • @americangirl161 i jumped for the first time at a really high-class riding camp. i later changed stables cuz mine wasnt even leting me canter >:( so now im at a place that lets me jump and canter and u get it.... its maybe just ur instructer?

  • @americangirl161 realy i was only been ridding about 2 to 3 months and i was jumping. but the place i was ridding at pushed me a little bitt to hard they were getting me to trot on the first day!!!!!

  • @EmMa35621 i was trotting at my very first ever lesson. I first cantered out on a hack on a pony i trusted my life with. That was after about a year of twice a month group lessons. Your place sounds like a place i know. When a pony/horse becomes lame they give it a weeks rest weither its better or not start working it again. I hate that place ¬¬

  • @americangirl161 If you have been riding for 6 years you would know how to jump by now :D

  • Nice job for your first jump (: I think if you really stick to it, you could be a GERAT JUMPER!

  • Is willie an arab?

  • that was awesome!! better than my first time, i went over a 2 ft fence on a horse that hates jumping!

  • u are actualli amazin for jumping at such a young age the time i jumped i fell off u are doin so well in tht movie well done x :)
