This does make the Flobots' song sound better, however I don't think the quality of Coheed and Cambria should be compromised by mashing them with such a low caliber song and artist like the Flobots.

Epic!
Only way it could be better if it was mixed so that Coheed is on the left channel and Flobots is on the right. It sounds kind of muddled when they are both centered like this.
