My saving Hanz and his sister through the witches daughter (2nd song of Marchen) and helping the girl from song 5, he not only started the plague but caused his mother's and his own death and an endless cycle
Question: are you going to put up the other songs from this maxi single with translations as well? that would be amazing if you did! Anyways, amazing work with all of these translations/video presentations, they are fabulous! :D
Just a question, that has been bothering me for a while ... (maybe I'm just too dumb xD)
Is there any difference between Mär and März? Or is Mär just the nickname for März? (Since - as far as I can remember - the only time he was called "März" was in the narration part of Kono Semai Torikago No Naka De?)
@tubalcaines Yeah, I know, I'm German myself xD But it was just funny to see that he was called twice like that in the whole album and after that only Mär ...
(And I know your nickname! You are also taking part in the Revive Chorus! *haha, I'm a creepy stalker* ... no, don't mind me ...^^")

Now, jokes aside xD I have no words for describing this... makes me feel bad 'cause I lost the interpretation of the history and half of the characters (along with Seisen no Iberia translations... accidentally formatted my USB and they were the only copy ):) but ramblings aside, this is cool! I can't wait for the other videos :3
So that's my theory. Cuz' "Und nur die His ist übrig geblieben." Makes no sense.
Not even grammatically. When it really comes to the note si#/b, it should be "Und nur das His ist übrig geblieben" And that makes for me in connection with the whole story no sense.
In english, the word "His" is translated to "Story" (as the Japanese translation in the booklet says) but it doesn't really mean that. One theory (brought up by Defade herself) is that this "His" is a reference to the german way of naming the si# / B# note (that is, an enharmonic -equivalent- of C / do). Curiously, the piano key played along those lines is C / do.
Then, the meaning would be: "And only C remained" ?
@soichirokun That's such a good thinking! >.<! Since I am German myself I have always wondered, why such an obvious "fault", Heika? But if this may be the answer ... GENIUS! *___*
I also looked around a bit and there was someone who came up with the cycle theory like in Roman.
@SeleneTsuki Nope! They aren't. Mär (I guess that by Märchen you meant Mär) is the son of Therese von Ludowig, the witch. Elizabeth belongs to some noble family, and her mother brought her to Therese when she was a baby to save her life (Elisabeth's life). That story is dealt with in the next song, Kono Semai Torikago no Naka de.
Are you going to translate Kono Semai Torikago no Naka de?

@Devilmon484
It's because Sound Horizon DID use Miku for Elise's singing voice.
vaati102 6 months ago
@Devilmon484 When she sings, it's "Miku's voice." As for narration, I heard that Saki Fujita, Miku's voice actor, talked personally.

@trinhliem2006 His name is März, but in japanese they use the abbreviation+japanisation "Meru". Then, the way we romanisate it back is Mär.

Hey guys, I'm german. So I want to explain you the first line.
He said "Und nur die His ist übrig geblieben" but he meant "Und nur die Historie ist übrig geblieben" He just forgot the rest of the letters.
Wich means, the real meaning of the first line is: "And just the story alone remained."
(read my next comment under this one)

So the person saying "Onii-chan!" in the beginning is someone else~ (I guess I should have been able to figure that out myself. X3)
