raquels ending is good, even though she died, she find happiness with arnaud....as of yulie and judes case, they could meet each other maybe someday because their locations were not very far though, well the ending depends on our imagination haha
There's one thing I don't understan. Why does wiki says that Jude "never saw his friends again because he lived in reclusion, as his adventures messed him up"? That's SO not what the ending portrays.
This only implies that the FOUR of them never met again because Raquel died. But Jude lives in the forest around Halim (where Julie lives) so they probably saw each other regulary.
Well, wiki can be freely edited, so it's not a legit source, hence why colleges and high schools restrict it from being a source.
Anyway, Jude was put-off by humanity, probably, I mean, both his mother and father were ultimately killed when he was still a child, so I guess he was just turned off by it.
Who knows whether or not he met Yulie. In a typical JRPG, hero + heroine = happily ever after. This ending was pretty satisfying to me because it was eccentric..
@ForgettingTheTimes I agree! For once a JRPG gave us an ending that was REALISTIC, I don't mind other endings and the stale old ones where the hero and heroine get together and what not but still, for once, its nice to get an ending where they lived happily ever after but in their own ways. In Arnuds case it was a bitter sweet ending but still it was realistic which was nice to see and for once, speaking about him, it was nice to see two other characters hook up and it wasnt the main girl/guy.
This was a great game, but also very heary wrenching. At least it wasn't as bad as Arc the Lad 2. That game was so real world, I could hardly believe it
I totally missed that silhouette.D : It could be Kresnik, since he had that music box on his person when it seemed he died, yet it was left there in town for Yulie later. But...why not confront her?O_o
Ehm...remember that just after Jude & Kresnik separated ffrom the rest, Yulie had told Kresnik that she wanted to recieve "that" only from him, and wouldn't accept it from anyone else?
But because Kresnik ended up dying, Jude "left it there" so Yulie would find it, because he knew she probably wouldn't accept it if he tried giving it directly to her. That way it would seem that "maybe" Kresnik was alive and left it himself...but Yulie realized what Jude did, and started chasing him.
Most depressing ending ever

It's great how Jude turned into such a huge faggot in the ending.

When Kresnik fell, he strongly suggested the box was still in his pocket and that he had to give it to her. Plus, the silhouette.

Or it could be Jude watching over Yulie as well.

In this video, we can see a silhouette (1 min 7 sec) : Maybe it's Kresnik ?! He's alive ?
