Thanks Bonnie:) Loved the clamps reference LOL. I've had some back problems for many years. I do various exercises (off and on, but not as often as I should) for it. Also I don't smoke, have a taste aversion to alcohol, and try to keep my chocolate consumption to less than the equivalent of 2 candy bars a day. Hey we all have our vices:) Hmmm. I hadn't thought about a workout video. I'll file that one away and hopefully it'll come to me a bit at a time.
