Yeah, that is not going to happen. The only thing that can help the homeless is themselves. People that are homeless don't need rehab. They are where they are because of choices/decisions they have made in their life. Many homeless people don't have to work because they rely on handouts from people which doesn't do anything but make them more dependent on handouts. Why would they want rehab?
