  • Yeah i totally agree with you i'v had jobs and worked hard for my money and i see really young kids using iphone's and other stuff that there parents bought for them and most of these kids cry and freak out when there parents dont give them what they want, and eventually there parents give in and the kids get there way and it's sick,

  • thumbs up if your jaw is dropped right now.

  • how old r u

  • Well i never used to play with friends, but i used to go outside all the time and if everybody was just happy all the time, knowing that there will never be any challenges in life ever again will bring sadness, also people would have their differences like you want to do something, but someone else wouldnt want you to do it resulting in anger or sadness, so not everybody would be able to have watever, whenever... infact that would be unfair. Then again life is unfair.

  • what is wiffleball

  • I'm 13 and yes I do have "childhood memories" like you were talking about. I remember being outside with friends all the time. We would play tag and house and I miss it.

  • Wow supadupaflygirl You are so cool. You aren't the one who makes everybody laugh. You speak the truth and I really like that :). I may be just another fan of yours but in my eyes I could possibly be your biggest fan! Keep make more interesting videos!

  • when u were 12 u played with pokemon cuz u didnt have enough money 2 buy shit in other word u were probaly poor a shit.

  • Hey , I really like this clip. And I fully agree with it . This world is moving way to fast and we are way looking for the next new thing , that we forget how to enjoy the small simple things in life , like a nice sunny day , we now a days are aol picky .. if its to hot we stay in and if it is to cold we stay it, I could go on and on but I'm going to go outside and run :)

  • Omg I luv u and ur videos. Has any1 ever told u u look like Megan fox??

  • I hate that too. I wish kids 15and up were the only ones allowed to have cell phones and computers, it's crazy thses days! 8 year olds are spending there whole life texting. I mean, were all gonna die at age 45!!!

  • @2awesome4u10 she looks much better than Megan Fox.

  • @BreakingJon and she's 100 times smarter

  • just a great vid that shows how important being a REAL person is so important!

  • means so much

  • you're sooooooo pretty :)

  • I watched this 3 years ago and have watched a numerous times since then. Still love it as much as I did back then. I was 17 when I first watched this and now I'm almost 21. I really wish I could go back to the days when we only had dial-up internet or no internet at all. Those days were so peaceful. People are just so caught up in life these days they don't have time to LIVE!

  • WHAT THE FUCK?? IS THIS OPRAH WINFREY OR SOMETHING, nigahiga is way better that you. douchebag

  • @jorman463tc lol good one

  • @driissK haha i want to kick her in the ass so hard, her nipples would ejaculate and my foot would break off in her pelves, and she wil be menstruating toenails and shoepolish ;)

  • @jorman463tc lol

  • @jomai2040 I did

  • I didn't even know how to masturbate when I was 12.

  • Comment removed

  • Well enough reasoned and too rare on YouTube (or at least too hard to find).

  • totallyyy true!!! you go girl!!! ahahha

  • 3:43 woah, what happened there?

  • "I'd cry too, if I could have toys."

    lol

  • @maresamode "do you really have memories?"

  • @BubbaZohan hahahahahahahaha!!! i know exactly

  • that all true

  • very sweet looking girl.

  • im writing this comment with one hand guess what im doing with the other...

  • Wow, so hot she even looks like MeganFox

  • I make enough money to pay the few bills I have and put $400 in the bank every month. I have no dept and do not use a credit card, I do not even carry my debit card with me, to get money I go to the bank and fill out a withdraw slip, I only allow myself to withdraw $40 per day, and when the bank is closed (on the weekend) I get no money, which means I have to by careful with Thursdays and Fridays withdraws. And you know what, I buy nothing unless I ABSOLUTELY need it.

  • Wow, so many views!

  • Oh so emotional

  • i totally agree with just about everything you said. Like the part at the end about kids getting what they want through throwing a fit. my nephew is that way and it just makes me so sad.

  • Thank you!

    For the cleavage

  • 1,621 people know a side of this world you've never been exposed to.

  • Sorry to be somewhat of a pessimist here but, never ask a white girl how great the world is... they have no... clue...

  • true dat

  • After watching this I don't like you anymore. You're ignorant of the fact that most people don't get the chance to go out. I don't know who the fuck you think you are or who the fuck you think your family is but like you're always telling people to stop discrimination, you should stop stereotyping all the youth.

  • yes I do have those memories and i don't appreciate your condescending tone

  • true say.

but the thing is .. not everyone has the opportunity to have a childhood like that .. i mean where i live, there isn't a place where you could go roller blading or bike riding ..

  • ur hot>

  • i totally agree with EVERYTHING youre saying

but if you grow up in a city, like new york city, you dont have the same opportunities to do those sorts of things

  • Your unbelievably beautiful!

  • haha yep I so agree........ kids are very unappreciative now..... it's ridiculous, I have literally seen 5 year olds with cell phones.......... I don't understand it lol Kids have no imagination anymore because of the way the world is......

  • 'Your Lipsyncing Sucks and I dOnt Like it when your eyes are never open when im talking to you and i wanna throw a riceball at you and hit you in the face' It Comes Back to You U noob

  • fuck shes pretty.... :O

  • 1618 immature teens watched this video

  • omg, i just had an epiphany .!

i wont use my laptop for the whole day . (:

after i finish watching this video about 20 times of course .... (X

  • ur fugly

  • @kruc1al yeah i know

  • I completely agree with you, the technology isn't the problem, how it's being used is.

  • U SpaDupaSexy!

  • Continuing... "Also, to communicate with my best friends cuz I moved and I can't talk to them personally everyday like we used to :(

One time, I had a sleepover with some friends over at my house and the second we went into my room.... they started cussing! :O

Aren't u ppl trying to save the earth? Well it won't help if u r bringing your phones everywhere u go!!!! My mom texts and drives.... and she says she's a good driver. :P I have some advice, go outside and make yourself healthier.

  • This is so true!! My lil bro only cares about electronics... he cries to get what he wants. Which is usually everyday... if he sees a commercial on TV he will say : I WANT THAT!!!!!! Then starts kicking and screaming and my mom keeps giving him everything. He already has an iPod Touch and he's 5 years old!!!! I have the iPod Touch & iPhone but I only use it to listen to music when I go outside to ride my bike, run, etc! Also, to communicate with my best friends cuz I moved and I can't talk to t

  • if you trace it back, its bad parenting honestly. If a kid doesn't use a cell phone correctly and a facebook and whatnot, dont let the kid have it! The new parents of the younger generation are doing an awful job for the most part. My whole life my parents said they have never had a big problem with my behavior, and i think i am one of the lucky ones.

  • There needs to be more people in school playing sports and staying healthy. Lack of health often results in laziness in helping the environment.

  • Hahaha PokeMon I miss those days.

  • Omg.. sure she makes youtube videos.. but she doesn't make vids every fucking day.. which means she's out and do things.. not like you guys who just sit on your fat ass and play games -.-

so fuck off.. cause she has a life and you dont...

  • @CallMeBionic Playing games is more of a life than going out in the late night in order to get drunk and humping people we never met before.

  • @Rajin90

so just because I dont play games that means Im out fucking everybody and leave them the next morning?

wow.. there is much in between a nerd and a player, you will realise that when you grow up :)

  • @CallMeBionic hey hey i like games so u fuck off

  • I like your intro!

  • Yet you make youtube videos! Hypocrite much?

  • How would you feel if you received my reply in a handwritten letter?

  • damn you so right, im 24 and im happy that there was no internet in my childhood!

  • Everything you said is completely true. I was talking to some of my family about this on thanksgiving and I saw how kids in my family cry to get toys and they "forget" how to say thank you and use their imagination. A couple weeks ago the power went out, and everyone was whining. No one thought to walk down to the park, get out the bikes, play tag, or anything. I ended up making a spaceship out of a box, but I was like, "Really?" No one "knew" anything to do except the computer or video games.

  • BEAUTIFUL !!

  • ill have memories of black ops..... just kidding but i can't stand my generation. Now the elementary schoolers are texting it's insane. My friend's brother has the biggest foul mouth in the world, and he just started middle school. On top of that, these new shows like jersey shore and music like nicki manaj and all the other crap are making it worse. I stick with the friends who want to go do something and have a good time.

  • i remember when this vid was featured on youtube. i bet that was just about the best day of your life

  • your a part of me home, wud i trade it ,an how i think ya so adorable,nope...ya orsum.ya make me feel alive, thats forsure...

  • you are so beautiful! Marry me please?

  • Marry me.

  • hey youve got great looking tits, gj @ life

  • Wow, I was just thinking about this not to long ago I'm 14 and I'm pretty disgusted by society it's too FAKE people are far to attached to media and technology, thats not life, thats just weird, life is suposed to be an adventure, theres so much to it, but no body sees that anymore.

  • lmao pokemon reference FTW! i loved that stuff when i was 12-13

  • Hey ur cool i going sub

  • i believe every child in a normal family has happy memories...whether it be today or 100 years past or future...but its obviously healthier for a child physically and mentally if he plays real sports rather than living the virtual reality.

  • @DyeHawk agree with you 100% - Just some chick who wants to get her pretty face viral

  • I'm 14 and I'm trying to abandon facebook, twitter, etc to get a life. I'd kill to have fun like you had.You know biking, running around the fields with my friends. But it is just hard nowaday. other kids don't just think going hiking and running are better than staying home, IM-ing or going shopping.and its impossible for me not to text and stuff. i'll be old-fashioned. Technologies nowadays really distract me from studying. facebook, for example.

  • i hate you , you wanna know why ?? cause u hate ryan higa u bitch

  • @OoZFreeZeRoO ryan and liz are friends...she doesn't hate him and neither do kevin, happyslip, and other people that were on ryan's message to haters video..get a joke will you? ;P

  • FYI ur baggin on us for gettin on YouTube win u have ur own YouTube channel! And the only reason o would ever watch 1 of ur videos is cuz u were baggin on Niga higa he's better than u will eva b!! Rice ball what were u thnkin!!!!

  • @jn330freedom HAHAHA wow...ryan and liz (SupaDupaFlyGirl) are friends and so are happyslip, kevjumba, and other people that were on ryan's haters video...she doesn't actually hate him!

  • I think technology like all life is a double edged sword. It's the best and worst thing to have all this info at your fingertips because sure its vast, but you barely EARN the knowledge this way. I feel that we're getting more sheltered by the decade because I can do my banking and communicating right at my computer desk. It's nuts and was unheard of only 23 years ago. I was born that long ago and have watched society grow/shrink the way it has, the world is just astonishingly appauling.

  • I want to make love to your mind

  • was always curious.....what do you use to edit your videos???

  • now now now now now? :P

good point. i got my first cell phone when i finished 8th grade. my sis got her first cell phone at the end of 6th grade. she sits and watch tv all day. when i was her age we were playing lazer tag in the garage or roller hockey in the street.

  • Im 13(: i agree with what you say but.. i want to go out and do all of that. play outside and stuff. but im not allowed to because there is a sex offender that lives in my neighborhood. so i think some of it is because the world also isnt as safe as it used to be so we cant..

  • @juicycouturechick get Antoine dodson's app then! lol

  • this was a great video. I totally agree with everything you said. It scares me to see kids who are only 8 or 9 years old with their own phones and laptops. when I was that age I was dressing up dolls and riding my bike with my friends next door.

the worst part is kids joining social networking sites. that really scares me. we'll be having 4 year olds making youtube videos next.

  • i agree with what u say... i hate to admit this but my phone is kinda like my kid i need it with me almost all the time it sucks to feel that way but it does make things easy for me to contact family and friends faster.

  • Ur Gorgeous!

    :))

  • this was in my recommended list i don't know why but your eyebrows are COOL dude

  • talk about hypocritical

  • im 16 and i hav great childhood memories!

  • I have no childhood memorys =(

  • 2:14

  • 7 dollars for gas here.

  • I remember one time when I was a kid I punched a baby through a mountain. It was pretty cool. That might have happened in a video game. No, wait, that was a movie. Never mind.

  • wts the meaning of life ? life is a crap surrounded by jerks .be one of them be fake lie lie and lie....... who cares? everything is changing...who u are to stop changes? but changes not to gud...be selfish.be rude... dnt love ,respect, obey no 1 dnt expect help frm no 1. do wt u want .....just do it and get it... talks can make any change nly action... if u cant act shunt ur mouth if u can do it
  • Glad it didnt happen when i was young, i was always outside untill high school of course.I remember i would cry when my mom punished me cus i couldnt go outside to play with my friends.I lived in montreal and there was a lot of kids where i lived so it was very fun we were always doing something outside. Now at high school the technology started to ruin stuff a bit for younger people.I am 17 years old.And i have good memories of my past=p

  • 0:19 <-- that's what she said.

  • I totally agree like there are only certain kids at my school i hang out with, cuz the rest of them are just trouble, they dont care about anyone but themselves, are greedy, and basically the way you described. I am 13, and I definantly wish I had more memories of playing and stuff like that, but i definantly do play games with my friends and stuff, because technology is overated. :)

  • MILF

  • couldn't watch the entire video, no time; gotta check my facebook, gotta check my myspace, gotta check my twitter, gotta check my youtube, gotta check my google, gotta watch TV, gotta watch a movie, gotta chat, gotta E-Mail, gotta SMS, gotta eat, gotta check my facebook, gotta check my myspace, gotta check my twitter, gotta check my youtube, gotta check my google, gotta watch TV, gotta watch a movie, gotta chat, gotta E-Mail, gotta SMS, gotta eat, gotta sleep. I'm not human anymore

  • im 13, i do say thankyou, i do go outside, i do well in school, i am a nice person, I dont drink etc, and i do not curse that often.. I do like technology.. But thats because of the time period i was brought up into (it has some perks and faults) but i think im a pretty good teenager ;)

  • the kids are what the parents raise them to be.

  • totally agree with you, i started using te computer more at 13 years old, i was playing with legos, litle cars and climbing stuff in the street b4 that o0'?

than the social stuff comes in and school and puberty and we leave most of it behind unfurtainiy

  • I think I love you.

  • i'm 14, and I barely use my phone. Some of my best friends, we don't go to the mall or movies or watch tv together.. we play our own.. intersting, version of football/soccer. Whenever we hang out, we're barely inside. We're the only people I ever see who do that.

And when I was little, I played with Pokemon too(: I only owned like, 2 barbie, and like 200 pokemon cards.

  • Your so pretty:)

  • YOUR HOT .

  • i agree

  • Judging from the amount of dislikes it just proves that there are tons of those spoilt brats out there.

  • Wow. You were raised right- no dolls, no dresses as the highlight of your life, and you played sports. Nice.

Kids that you're describing are just poorly disciplined. It's bad parenting, and has nothing to do with technology.

  • I fill the same way, kids need to go climb trees and stuff.

  • My childhood is quite different from the life I lead now, for a number of reasons. I did watch allot TV, but I also would just go out and ride my bike for hours. Really, just taking everything in around me. Now, the world seems less focused on our relation the world, and more on the world's relation to us.

  • haha! i have alot of memories from when we had LAN-party and such! also have alot of memories from games that i have played TOGETHER with my friends ONLINE!

  • Yo dawg, I heard you like eyebrows, so we put eyebrows on those eyebrows so you can have some bushy ass eyebrows.

  • im 13, and i have memories of playing at the park, and things. I do have memories. Not everything is technology for me.

  • u sound like my dad

  • you sound like my grandma

  • You're right, Liz. But keep in mind that kids who sit in front of computers all the time are going to eventually remember only this. In 10-20 years our world will be different and to them texting their friends will be the same as playing in the yard for us.

    Cheers :)

  • I applaud you speaking your mind. Every generation tends to run down the next. But don't blame the kids, its the parents. Will youir kids be different? I bet they will because of good parenting.

  • the world would be a better place without you that is =) and i know you wanna see how other generations are but that must be becuz yours sucked.....so im guessin tht football must of hit you in the face =) and do us a favor and put those horse teeth away and wats ridicolous is you and this video

  • @livia1222 you can't even spell ridiculous right, I see what texting has done for you. It's great to have the technology the world has today, unfortunately the side product are bratty children with too much time on their hands who can't respect the feelings of others, and write smiley faces after typing hateful comments.... =) I think its rubbing off on me..... ew

  • @luvingfighter911 trust me sweetie i can spell but one grammar error shouldn't matter yes i text your point if you can tell me you don't abbreviate your words then good for you but i'm guessing you do...i can guarantee i'm not a bratty child im actually the sweetest person you'll ever meet...i respect everyone's feelings hun...hello its called freedom of speech for a reason...but just so you know i didn't post that comment my younger cousin did so next time don't get your facts straight ok

  • @livia1222 I'm sorry that I replied to you instead of your cousin, you seem nice, however your cousin does not. I didn't mean to offend you.

  • I remember when this was featured.

  • Video is so true, I'm 24 and feel the same way!

  • Ha, your words are completely true. In california here I remember biking with my friends and being out all day and even getting in trouble for coming home so late because I was having so much fun with my friends outside. We used to have a big field behind my housing complex and me and my friends would always go out there and we even had rivals against other kids. We called em BMX'ers and we called ourselves the pros xD. I miss those days, happiest days of my life. Now I'm 18 life is boring.

  • I agree with everything you said. I mean phones/iPods/Facebook etc are useful but I think they're being overused. I agree especially with what you said about disrespectful/swearing kids. When I was in elementary and middle school I was polite, never swore, and I was a good little guy. Some people swore but it wasnt NEARLY as bad as it is today. I couldn't believe what I was hearing when I heard 6th graders talk to each other...every other word was fuck or shit.

  • I agree and I'm only 16. No one takes the time to breathe and enjoy life. My friends and I are techno geeks, but we don't sit inside and do nothing. We go around and have fun. I remember playing parkour tag, playing hide and seek, trying something totally stupid, and playing Magic IF we are inside.

  • I have a loose tooth and it hurts :'(

  • Your videos are pointless they should be tweets not videos on youtube

    weyuigfotrigr0erwipewrnjgr0irinkr;hp9ewer0wotrnohu9 qwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbnm

  • Well said!

I totally agree with you. At my school (i's a very small school) kids in 2 and 3 has telephones (mobile) I got my first mobile about 1 or 2 years ago and i'm 14 years old. And those kids they are the same as those girls you described. Not even i have that language.

  • I Usely dont come on youtube but yeah i decided to comment.

I Dont Live by Any of my friends but and im too young to walk.

My Brother Is Very Lazy So I Really Dont Have Anyone.

But ill jump on my trampoline for an hour

then when i go to my friends house we Never go inside. Were at the park riding bikes fishing. its so much fun. My dad makes me and my brother work to build character. because that how he was raised. i really liked your video :) Meant Alot.

    ~Sammi

  • haha you have the same exact personality as my sister =P

  • Young kids aren't intuitive enough to learn how to appreciate things. Thats just the way they are. And one question... How exactly do u appreciate something? U buy a ps3, play it for a long time, and people say u dont appreciate it??? Confusing.

  • I am 13, and I go on youtube and stuff, because I dont have many kids that live near me, and my friends that do, are always sitting in front of the tv. I have to beg them to come outside, and do things. Its ridiculous! Because I have memories of being in preschool, and playing with friends and stuff that are wonderful, but all my friends are really just to lazy. and I think its ridiculous the language kids my age use. I think Id rather live in older times than now. not like the 1800s,but the 60s

  • My brother still plays basketball from time to time but he doesn't play outside nearly as much as i did when I was younger. Those were the days. Rollerblading FTW!!!!

  • POKEMON FTW!!!!!

  • what is whiffleball :S??

  • you are going to be a good mom.....

  • why should i be interested in your life, in your thoughts etc.?

  • I definitely think things go to fast. It's like everyone is on the "information superhighway" all the time, but it's a life highway where everyone is speeding too fast towards their destination. Nobody really stops and looks around anymore, i saw a group of teenagers the other day, sitting at Starbucks at a table, and they were all texting on their phones, not talking to one another....it's sad.

  • I guess I don't really have many memories :/

  • I agree entirely. I understand that I'm only sixteen but I get very annoyed over little kids that are snotty and selfish as if they earn what they have. I mean I don't believe you should have to earn things such as necessities but the things that they want such as new toys, money for whatever. That's just how I grew up and I think I'm turning out just fine, no kids, I earn what I have, I'm getting a job, and I work hard in school. That's how children should be raised.

  • @SupaDupaFlyGirl U know dont take it personal but do u really think that u r old enough to say those things? I mean I guess ur in your 20s or something just like me and i dont think that i'm mature enough to preach the younger generations about memories or stuff like that. I''m no hater, i dont even know u, but is kinda lame to say : "when i was younger things used to be better" ur kinda famous thanks to the internet and youtube, u shouldnt say bad things about new technologies, u r an utuber.

  • Wow, thank you for making this video! I'm the youngest of seven, and that is pretty much what my childhood was like. Thank you for showing this to all. I agree with what is happening to kids is terrible. I see kids with iPods, cell phones, and they're, like, 5 years old. It's ridiculous what kids can get away with sometimes.

  • alright i'll get a little philsophical, the problem is that we consider that we actually have the world at our fingertips. When in actuality we dont. We have less than what we had before. But what do i know, i got to do the kid thing play guns etc bike. But i never really grew up in that sense. I mean i just got a cell phone and im almost 19 and only becuase i had to for my job. And as for the crying thing it doesnt work at least not in my parents house

  • @CanadasBack lol canadian education sucks, and your post is evidence of that fact

  • you're so right lol.

  • hott :| like wow :P

  • The new world isn't very friendly to old-fashioned people like me. I like to take my time knowing someone, instead of this instant flirting scene, so I pretty much can't catch the attention of anyone. Apple's retarded with their "hardware updates", as in creating a newer version of the same product only a year or usually less (iPad?). I curse myself when I'm in front of the computer for the whole day because that's what all my other friends prefer to do.

  • This was an interesting video...especially the part when you commented on a 6 year-old's language. This is far from an insult, rather view it as advice: you should consider expanding your verbal vocabulary. It will help you to appear much intelligent when you speak.

More on topic, I feel that parents these days need to have more discipline...I know when I was young I received spankings, not toys, for misbehaving.

  • your hott

  • I agree! im 19 but my childhood was still about going outside and pplaying. Kids now days are so spoiled and they think they are so grown. its redicuouse!

  • I love you when you are always correct about something I believe in.

  • sad but true. me and my friends talk about this sometimes im 22 and i still remember going outside and playing, running, hand clap games, tag, hide n seek all that stuff. the art of play is truely dying...my son is 2 now and i wonder what will it be like for him.....

  • no memories. Just computer since I was 8 :) My skin is so pale, and I haven't been outside in the past week D:
