Hi shawn, thanks again, I get a kick out of producing my own food & cooking it. When ever we go to restaurants, we're dissapointed, we reckon we can do better ourselves. I go from 1 fad to another, researching every fad I get. My latest fad is i'm growing some ginger, nearly ready to harvest, it's looking good, I can't wait to pull it up. I'm putting some in the monsterio jam i'm making soon. Thanks again Shawn. bye

No, i've been a professional fisherman for nearly 30 yrs & i worked my bees part time for the past 20. I've slackened off the fishing the past few years, especially in the summer months, same as the bees, i find it hard in the heat., with my bee suit & all. it's hot today, i'm thinking of turning on the air-con. I love cooking with a passion & discovering new things. We only started making bread the past 9 months. I did all my research through the internet & a tip off a honey customer,clos'g bye
