I was abruptly removed from benzos after 7 years/high dose. Nearly six months later, it's still hell. The neuro symptoms (muscular twitches, vertigo, racing thoughts, tactile hypersensitivity, and ongoing insomnia), are brutal, and there really appears to be no end in sight. If the symptoms don't let up within a few months, I'll seek medical help elsewhere, as without, I could win lotto, but remain a "feral cat on crack in traffic!"
