im such a faggot, for like a whole year... ive been doing rows without re-setting properly like this guy, and row from the ground...i just did this today and i DEF feel my lats pumping
I tried doing this and I can't get my back to straighten up like that without having to drop my hips down. Problem is that when I do that I end up hitting my knees. Also, how do we keep it straight when we aren't at 135 lbs yet? With the 25s I have to bend down to grab the bar which makes my back round.
@zenraidxx Put plates underneath the 25s. Just lay them flat on the floor as a platform for the 25s or 35s you use so they are higher off the ground and you won't have to bend your back
