Mayer’s list of “Google’s biggest mistakes” is at best extremely modest, nostalgic and diplomatic; and at worst it is selective and blatantly incomplete. The interview sounds more like somebody hazy childhood memories, in which every day was sunny, than an analysis by a business person with an impressive CV.

Are these truly the only or best examples of Google fails that she can think of? I very much doubt it. ;)
