@doughnutser256 oh hell yeah. that storm tornado was great on a lot of things because one tornado would land several hits before it disappeared. it was also effective on the submarine mini-bosses in Launch Octopus's stage and the robot in Sting Chameleon's stage to get the armor upgrade.

I find that Spark Mandrill as a boss is very unique because he can either be the hardest boss in the game or the easiest boss in the game depending on whether or not you have shotgun ice. Being an anti-cheater I am, I played Megaman X without using guides, and it was damn near impossible to kill Spark Mandrill using just the Megabuster.

I remember once I saved that boss's stage for the very last, and tried all my boss weapons against him, and none of them (except one) was anymore effective than the megabuster. That is, when I tried shotgun ice, it was like a joke - I didn't need to move anywhere and he's dead under a few seconds.

Moral of the story: if you want to have more fun with megaman games, DON'T use guides - figure out boss' weaknesses by yourself.
