avg 2011 is the best anti-virus software program. just download that and replace the trial key with the other key. you can get that by writing avg 2011 link + serial. i go with the first video. just try it and then in the end you are going to say that avg is the best so i am with avg but its free versions are just fail. they don't even remove a virus they just alert about virus. use the latest 2011 version. still if you can't find the key tell me.

McAfee is relatively useless, they give it away with Comcast subscriptions or when you download applications like Adobe etc. AVG has a high false positive rate, but isn't the worst AV in the world. If you want good AV go with Avast, Kaspersky, Nod32, or BitDefender.

Btw..mcafee oe whatever it is...is bloatware and slows down your pc...like norton. And i wouldnt touch avg with a ten foot pole. Its ok as an anti virus but not as good as avast...but its a pain to uninstall and even when you do...say to go try something else...your system still thinks its there...and most other anti virus programs wont install with avg on your system. You have to actually download and install a separate program just to uninstall avg completely...its bs

Personally the best ive used was Kaspersky. Ive tried nod 32 and from what i hear nod and kaspersky use the same scanning technology or something like that...but nod to me is a pain. Its not user friendly and is mainly for the tech savvy. Kaspersky does all that nod does but with a nice easy to use interface. As far as freebies...Id have to go with avast. Whenever ive used it ive been fine...even done online scans from other companies and came out clean with it.

AVAST sucks don't try it. It keeps viruses but have no idea how to treat or delete them. I have just deleted so many viruses using Kaspersky 2010 from my clients PCs which run on AVAST4. The AVAST detected only 2 viruses and even that it cannot do anything about it but keeps in the crates. The rest escape and caused riot in the harddisk and become inaccessible.

If you use your PC normally(browse the web, chat or IM), using a free AtiVirus is fine (AVG or Avast). Now if you download torrents and try out lots of software or open unknown emails than you better get a paid AtiVirus(BitDefender or Kaspersky).
