That's not a 7 year old pygmy boy, but a 7 year old pygmy MAN. When they are born they are about the size of normal babies, but around the age of 7-8 they stop growing and reach full sexual maturity. Like I said, they live fast and die young. They don't go to school and college, so spending too much time in childhood and adolescence would only decrease their chances to reach adulthood and reproduce. It's a successful survival strategy in the harsh jungle where they live.
