  • This song makes me want to eat breadfruit sautéed in oil and roasted garlic....

  • For over 50 years I have watched many great movies. This is my favorite one of them all. This has it all. Great acting, wonderful story telling, breathtaking scenery, emotions that run wild, action, adventure, a love story, coupled with a hauntingly beautiful and majestic musical score. Thank you so much for posting this and keeping this great motion picture alive. Warm regards, Norm

  • @ncaffrey001 You are very welcome.

  • Powerful music.

  • Hollywood was better than today. The built the frigging ship for the film, nowadays they'd just use CGI.

  • Ah this is the one that makes a mockery of the critics sorry but that the fact of the matter with all due respects to critics who collectively never either wrote a film classic nor starred in one. This classic score did not win the plaudits it should have and in my opinion ranks with ANY in fildom and thats a big call. The grand scope of the movie the brilliant cast Brandos antics aside was the real reason for its longevity and that brilliant score that should have won the composing oscar

  • This music makes me want to have some breadfruit...and native girls...

  • MAGNIFICENT SCORE!!! DRAMA, ADVENTURE, EXOTICISM, LOVE, TRAGEDY, ADVENTURE, IT'S ALL IN THERE. BRILLIANT!! AMONG HOLLYWOODS' GREATEST.

  • This version, i think has never been given the credit it really deserves, it really is spectaculer, and snide remarks aside, Brando does a good job off his roll as Fletcher Christian, a true epic.

  • One of my all time favourite films--The 1962 version will NEVER be bettered. They had a hell of a lot of problems, mostly caused by the star---Brando and his ego, BUT, what spectacle,( filmed on location) what music, --and the Real star, that fantastic ship, made to original royal Navy Plans, and not the usual MGM mock-up. I could watch it all day. Oh--and stuff the critics!!!

  • could you upload part 2 of the soundtrack sometime, please?

  • bronislau kaper wrote the scores for the 1935 and the 1962 films. the 62 score makes your hair stand on end, magnificient!!

  • @leonarddaccardi Ithink the american film institute made a mistake picking the original for their top 100 the one with brando is a lavish spectacular with that fire at the end

  • Good, thank you!

  • LOOK OUT A CLIMAX!
