hey. i want to comment your work! it is simply amazing. WOW! i'm so amused. i couldn't even blink an eye while watching. you have a great content plus a good video transition and whatsoever. i really like it.
Interesting facts and figures! But, please provide us the source of all these atleast in the end of the presentation. But as per reading some of your comments, I knew that the figures is based on a 2009 Nielsen Global Advertising Report. On the other hand, I really appreciate the video quality.Great!
BoxHillInstitute -Thank you friend, I teach the language already, yes without the presence of a number of native speakers is difficult, not because zapominaetsya .. and well understood by all. Happy Valentine for you! Successful festivals and love!
Great to hear about Social media from 'down under'! Good stuff guys, this went straight out on Twitter, LinkedIn and onto Facebook! It has inspired me to press on with my video feature on my Blog. Keep up the good work!
@MrPeterMasters Thanks for sharing our video Peter! Stay tuned for an update though. We're in the midst of a refresh with new social media statistics very soon!
Hi there - great video about social media which in our realm of 'creating brands people love' we see not as advertising but as accelerated word of mouth. We would like to find out where you got the figure from "14% trust advertising and 78% trust peer recommendations". This is a very important stat so would love to know how it was collated, by whom and where. Thanks!
@effectivenaturally The 78% figure is based on a 2009 Nielsen Global Advertising Report (which has since been updated to 90%). The "14% trust advertising" statistic comes from “Marketing to the Social Web,” Larry Weber, Wiley Publishing 2007.
Great Video BoxHillInstitute! The time and effort it would have taken to make this show how dedicated and talented you are. Keep up the Great Work! :-)
lol... It's funny how this video brags that Australians are the most prolific users of social media. The stats I've seen say that Australians spend more hours per month on Social 'news' Channels than any other country, translating too - Australians read slower and have a lower comprehension rate than the rest of the world... =-)
Good video but very similar - with even some of the same stats - as Socialnomics the SocialMedia Revolution. The reason that video was so great was because the stats and data given really made you sit up, take notice and listen. Your video was well put together but as I am currently seeking out stats for a social media report, I clicked on here hoping to find new info. Most of the stats featured are from other well known reports..
Thanks - Great video and it's wonderful to see an educational provider ahead of the trend in Australia. But - put your twitter name, facebook page etc. in the description of the video so we can all link to you!!
The fact is the way we do anything will change significantly in the next two years. Seven years ago, Facebook didn't even exist yet. Before that, there was Myspace, and before that... does anyone remember ICQ?
82.7% of all statistics are made up on the spot.

This is very informative. The social media statistics continue to rise and it will probably double in number this 2011.
