This cartoon is from the DVD "Herman & Friends" which contains the decent print of the same cartoon, the restored version is from volume 6 of the "Golden Collection" which I don't have in my collection. I have 5 volumes of the "Golden Collection" so far, but I.m getting one more volume soon.
@Urilious Something to the effect of "We'll defeat the Axis; because we pay our taxes". I've heard of somebody who has a print with the original lines.

I've heard that some dialogue was changed for the reissue print (but still exists). Anyone have insight on what it was?
