  • like a boss

  • oh no..it's planet char.

  • get your surf boards !

  • so this is how i was born...

  • Cool story! Hey I see pie!!! 2:43

  • I already have a plan for this. When the end comes, I'm gettin' a six pack and waiting it out on the porch.

  • Its not an meteor.... it's Pluto and he's pissed.... "I'll show you whose not a planet!!!"

  • Wow 0_o

  • this makes me mad

  • @halo4361 i dont like that

  • Oh come now...A metiorite? Hitting earth?HAH! Think how big our fucking universe is! That's like crushing an ant from the atmosphere

  • when this happens , i will fucking smile and say SHIT HAPPENS

  • WHY is it that humans evolved at the exact timeframe when Earth finally got its shit together weatherwise, climate wise and balance wise? It's like she went from landscape artist to crazed painter with a steak knife for a brush. Like my need to self harm, I hope she's just going through a phase (if only we were a phase).

  • @smurfieboo Don't harm yourself, little brother. Now matter what you've suffered, look past it. Open your eyes and see the good things of the world. They are ready and waiting for you. I don't mean money and material objects, I mean the best things, like the smell of a summer night under a tree. These are provided for you. Reach out and accept them.

  • Real life fallout hell yeah im reservin' a spot in vault 101

  • the atmosphere shud've burned the meteor lol JK

  • Unfortunately, this is unlikely. But there are many other ways to destroy humankind >:)

    I prefer a self-destruction through war.

  • what the hell is the music called if anyone knows lol

  • This Is We Call ''Kiamat'' ...

  • Why do I have the feeling that cockroaches would survive that thing?

  • @rolingpingu If you mean us humans then I think we probably would.

  • @Sparkanoid1 Nah, I was talking about the ones who know no evil :P They never die!

  • @rolingpingu i wish i was one of em lol

  • Thats Planet x nirbiru

  • @Superturkeyyy

You stupid, Planet/Niburu X Is Fake,

    2012 Is fake.

  • @justinpatrick1011 i was just stating that its a planet not a " Giant Meteor" calm your shit lol.

  • An impact that size would sterilze the surface and kill ocean life. Bacteria have been found in the crust at several thousand feet. Some on the far side of the impact would probably survive. When things cool water vapor would condense again. The bacteria would recolonize the surface via cracks. A billion years and the planet is back to molds which is about where it all started to go wrong.

  • i guess Nyx succeeded :(

  • Quick! Somebody play the song of time!

  • Ok, them showing the clock chiming = total Zelda reference. It's a sign. Collect the masks before this happens!

  • That asteroid is a planet called Nibiru... I'm not sure though. Alien shit D:

  • thats strange, the comet almost looks like a deathstar 0:18

  • I want the music out of this video

  • -.- They are saying about a Japanese movie, they showed the pacific ocean dried up and that japan was hit first, when the meteorite exploded, carbon dioxide, sulphur acid and steam rose from the core

  • @YummYakitori In a Japanese movie..... Japan would be hit first. It's like they're self destructive.

  • If this happen, please let be QUICK! I don't wanna suffer here anymore.

  • humaty ching wong chand hinghing g9nr they are talking about ailens lol

  • humaty ching wong chand hinghing g9nr

  • Looks like Sephiroth's Meteor was a grand success.

  • @Aldaraia666 Where the hell is the lifestream when you need it?

  • Chuck norris jokes are getting lame

  • 2:06 earth got a haircut

  • I see Biga Benu

  • thatll be the second hadeum

  • This is way to dramatic, if the meteor was a rock (which it is) it would make the earth look like two balls stuck together slightly, all there would be is massive flooding, no fire, no lava

  • @knoencowo

well, the atmosphere can catch fire you know?(not sarcasm)

theirs actually quite a few cosmic ways this could happen.

  • @knoencowo No, there would actually be all those things. This video is a pretty spot on way of showing approx what would happen. The heat generated from the impact would be IMMENSE, enough to potentially make the atmosphere burn away. The shock waves would cause earth quaked and floods (Assuming all of our water wasn't vaporized) the likes of which men have never seen.

  • I sure wish this was narrated in English.

  • we can all learn from 'Deadspace'. 3 cheers for the planertcracker!!!

  • Hahaha reading comments on scientific video clips is like visiting a retard convention, its more entertaining that the clip itself.

Clip is good; except for the pause as the planetoid hits the earths surface, and the is no antipodal rise in the mantle

  • This is stupid, a planet would ruin the mother earth. It's the humans that has to go, not the planet, the planet is suffering. End all humanity life as it is, let the nature live on this planet.

Because we are only corrupting and destroying, a failed race we are.

  • AAA TSUNAMI!

  • yep, chuck norris was here

  • all it took was a poke from the meteor!

  • big in japan

  • 2:00 earth has a mohawk lol

  • On the other side of the world where the meteor didnt struck you would die in like half a second because of the amazing impact.

  • If you were awake at the other side of the earth were the comet struck would you feel that??

  • @234jari234 yes but only for a few moments...then you die

  • It's better do than others films where we can see the earth explose in less 10 sec lol!

  • @AmusedElm Well no actually, water is composed of H20, Hydrogen and oxygen. Since oxygen and space to mix well, it does not float. :)

  • google Doe's Account.

  • meteovulcano? :D LOL

  • No moar interwebz D=

  • why do they bother to show us what happens after we die, no human other than chuck noris would survive

  • so thats what would have happened if i didn't beat majoras mask... scary

  • @AmusedElm ofcourse it's fake because if this is real we would be dead now

  • Comment removed

  • @slytherin66 agreed.

the earth wont be around in about 5 billion years when the sun runs out of fuel (hydrogen)

  • @slytherin66

    so you hate your self?

you hope you and everybody you love,hate,... dies.

    okeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey??

be a little more happy in your life...

  • @burento4 tbh in a situation like that above, theres no point in optimism

  • @slytherin66 Good luck on that, the odds of an asteroid hitting earth get smaller and smaller as the asteroid gets bigger and and bigger so I would say something like this would be a one in a ten billion year even, the same amount of time as the suns total life span as a main sequence star.

  • @slytherin66 the problem is that everything will die with the humans... what we need is an drug that only works on humanity so thay only they die, but unfortenently i dont know of any drug that works only on us:( and i think the same way as you:)

  • @slytherin66 why does the rest of the life on earth has to pay for this?

  • @slytherin66 Oh yeah insult your self and everybody else -_- Can't you at least have respect.

  • @slytherin66 — Fuck you misanthrope.

  • looks like super tsunami

  • chuck Norris would survive

  • This is a clip from the first video (of 5) in the "Miracle Planet" series. This is an animation of what would happen if a 300 mile wide asteroid struck earth today.

The aftermath is amazing, the entire surface is baked by vaporized rock at temperatures over 5,000 F for years. Only things deeper than 2.5 miles would be able to survive.

There is an English version, I have seen it.

  • music is scare than the meteorit

  • or before the pluto hits the earth the peoples can send a atomic bomb and maybe can save us

  • hmmmmmm okay pluto is imposible to toch us the jupiter or saturn will protect us so srry for my old comment

  • this thing's expansive wave would kill us all in the blink of an eye.

  • funniest clip i've seen in a long time...

  • a smaller metor that hits the world could destroy it, you don't need something as big as pluto.

If the burst don't kills you, all the dust it will raise will hide the sun from 1 to 2 years, killing plants and animals. At this point, there is no "real" solution. May be get a bumker with 2 years of food, or already be in space and watch the show months...

  • Isakilla, please stfu, if pluton hit us all we die, noob

  • that not a rock in 1975 they found something a planet it a soler plantet they call in x for planet x they say in 2012 it will crash us is possible this will happen

  • your a dumbass

  • No way. Jupiter will sprout arms and save us all. 0_0

  • is that the moon

  • ça c une mort super cool on claque en beauté ms en voyant qqch de beau

  • comme ca pas de jaloux on n'y passe tous a la fois

  • thats the biggest fireworks ie ver seen any better than that ?

  • 0:51 death star!

3:24 it looks like earth got a huge zit

  • Its the death star!

  • its impossible that the sea can go so high if the meteor is so warm why the water didnt turn into steam ?

  • It would turn into steam, and rise miles into the air. It's absolutely possible with such a tremendous impact.

  • someone explain to me (cuz im pretty dumb on these things) but,DID THAT METEOR JUST GET SUCKED INTO THE EARTH?? cuz it juust like, penetrated into it.

  • @hemdall91 Yes. An impact of this size would cause sufficient heat to liquify both the surrounding earth and the impactor to the point they would "merge" into one another, with the larger Earth "swallowing" the smaller object.

  • i think chuck norris will go ninja on every1s ass and be like oatmeal rocks

  • wich it wont hurt :P

  • the thing is a meteor that size would prob hit anoher planet on the way or get stuck in the suns pull and BAM pluto has a brother moon and P.S people think the sun will blow up and earth will be completly destroyed and others think its a meteor so either one of the ideas r wrong or both sides who think hat r full of SHIT

  • I agree, meteor that size would Most likely be pooled by Jupiter or Saturn long before it gets any were near Earth

And we would have seen it coming many, many years before. We would cook up some thing for that meteor before it gets to us

  • No not necessarily. Earth has been impacted by asteroids and comets in the past. One such impact formed the moon, the other wiped out the dinosaurs.

  • if such an impact formed the moon, how come it has different composition than the earth? according to rocks from moon, they are totally different than rocks composition of our earth. as about the dinosaurs - this is just a simple possibility, one of hundreds of answers. for example, what if dinosaurs got a deadly flu?

  • There are many unanswered questions, the giant impact that created the moon has more questions than the cretaceous extinction event. We are pretty sure it was an impact that killed the dinosaurs. A deadly flu couldn't have been it because many other kinds of animals that were not in contact with dinosaurs were also wiped out, like plesiosaurs, and such. This was a worldwide event, that took place on land and sea.

  • True, but more offten then not by Jupiter or Saturn taks them...

  • Jupiter does, I don't know about Saturn.

  • @conor2404 Actually both sides right. It is a 100% certainty the sun will eventually go out, and in the process, the Earth will either be destroyed or rendered completely uninhabitable. It is also possible that a metero could hit the Earth and destroy it too (Although this is far, FAR less likely than one simply hitting it and wiping out all life while not actually destroying the planet.).

  • that would make for a really bad day

  • i have the translation gkgkskfkffygfggsdcfkqcfygdggdejcjdcjcjjgggejggggewjwiiooeowelpo

  • oh mehr

  • Yeah but really where is the moon?

  • well look on the bright side. at least osama's dead.

  • hahah

  • beatiful

  • booom! headshott!! lol

  • uhm... the moon will never hit earth... because its going away (very, veeeeeeeryyyyy slowly!)...

  • You dumbass, THAT'S NOT THE MOON.

  • sorry im polish and i cant speak japanese, so i cant understand this vid.

so, tell me what is it?

    dumbass -.-

  • A meteor, you fucking retard.

    I've seen the English version.

  • fuck ya

  • No thank you. :] I'm fine without your AIDS and other various STDs.

  • omg just chill......... no time for stupid things like this...

  • but this is all fake...

firstly if an item of that size would crash into earth..*i'm not even gona think of angle split up etc.*

neway the impact would create a sphere 1 third of the item...instantly just like a water drop. also the impact e would be so powerful that in the curent image/scenario the earth would literaly implode resulting in 2 earths smaller in size ...it would all be molten rock instantly forget bout big ben...

  • it's an asteroid crashing into the earth..and u gee it destroys japan...as usual..

  • OUTSTANDING!!

  • lol that is like surfers dream 1:33

  • Please, someone, translate it to English please.

What is the message? How fragile life on earth is?

That is the reason we have to make bigger and better bombs/weapons. Ones that can crack a planet so one day we may have a surviving chance against such extinction events.

  • @ gespilk

lol I dont want to witness the testings xD

  • Comment removed

  • or pluto?

  • is that an astroid or the moon knocked out of orbit?

  • I believe it's the moon. It's just like in majora's mask. Waste 3 days and Clock town is destroyed, including everyone except Majora's Mask.

  • 6:55 - 7:33 I bet she's talking about the flimsiness of life on earth and how easy it is to extinguish it.

  • By that time , we can already defend ourselves against the universe. With our amazing technology.

  • Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.

  • LOL. this is never gonna happen xD!!!!!

  • I agree with you.

  • mate if a meteor that size hit the earth, it wouldn't be then end of humanity. It would be the end of ALL life.

  • No way, Chuck Norris would survive

  • @QPOproZaC The world will never end, Chuck Norris will kick thay meteors ass!

  • @QPOproZaC Chuck Norris isnt an Human.

  • Comment removed

  • @QPOproZaC He would be on the moon to kick that rocks azz.

  • @QPOproZaC He would be on the moon to kick that rocks azz.

  • Game Over. Continue?

  • lol

  • Imagine that as a news report, suspense music playing while they show the world their death 0_0

  • Oh Shit.

  • no dates??

  • Ok, i dont belive this will happen

If it did we would have seen it allready 1 million miles from here

because our technology is so amazing and would be able to stop it( i hope)

But if it were as fast as the video shows then yes we would be all warned to say our prayers and say Bye BYe to this world and there would be nothing we can do...

    COOL VIDEO!!!

  • Very true they would send a nutron charged nuke (enough to blow the moon and much more) into space via satalight and blow it up nutron nuke swallows but does not explode

  • Well you obviously don't have a clue about nuclear weapons. There is no suck thing as "neutron nuke". Neutron bomb exists but it's only purpose is to spread extremely high amounts of radiation into the environment and it's explosive pover is some 10% of the average conventional fission bomb.

  • neutron charged nuke not a neutron bomb.

  • @spikester145 All of the nuclear weapons on Earth combined could not destroy the moon. Not even a hundred times over would be enough to destroy the moon, or even move it from its orbit.

  • um, the earth is a completely engulfed ball of fire. I'm pretty sure if this happened, not just multiple cities would be destroyed, but all of them would be.

  • lool

    gameover ... Continue ?

  • ok, what actually happened was not the water rising into the sky, it was the earth's crust that was rising and the meteor penetrated the crust and went to the mantle and released all of the mantles magma onto the earth. and wow this is a very scary and intimidating video. i hope this doesnt happen. damn mayans =P. no offense to any mayans out there XD

  • I would rather be hit by the meteor than die by LAVA!!!!!!!!!!

  • Holy shit, anyway imagine when another race or aliens or whatever see our planet, they will think "WTF wHAT HAPPENED?!?"

  • @BoBakkenLives Kind of like what we think when we look at Venus or Mars?

  • it's the burger king crown 2:02

  • I like the graphics...pretty well done imo

  • It should happen. Human race is evil.

  • Ever since I was a child, I have had the same dream over and over that the moon crashed into the earth! The first was in the late 70's before the internet and "end of the world" type movies! I am standing in a field with several other looking at the horizon, when the moon, which looks just like it does in this video, crashes over the horizon and a huge wave of fire sweeps across the field and I wake up just before it takes us out!! Scary...dont know how to explain it!

  • why not stop the meteor? :/

  • thats pretty intence.... is there one in English??

  • Trash!

  • One of the top animations of such a thing, because of the artistry in conveyance.

Makes me think of the wall paintings of Pompeii.

  • the person talking sounds Very happy...

  • SUICIDAL BITCH.

  • This is soooooo Unrealistic

  • actually it might happen in 2012
