never really understood why West Indies never took the WC in the 90's... I mean if you looked at their squad you would be amazed... Walsh, Ambrose, Lara, Chanderpaul...
I love the look on walsh's face when he became the leading wicket taker in test cricket history, it was a look that said after all these years of hard work, its finally paid off.
to me walsh was great but ambrose was better. because if ambrose had not retired so soon he would have had 500 wickets. and he still got 400 wickets.plus ambrose as a lower avg. one of the lowest avg in cricket history
he makes it look so easy to bowl pace. I bowl a little bit of pace every now and then but prefer spin, pace is very hard to get right line and length. He seemed to be able to do it every delivery! Spot on!

Great bowler, though he got a bit of help from the umpire at 0:45

When WI were playing Worcestershire in his last England tour it rained and he went into the sponsors tent.
I did the Wayne's World "I'm not worthy" to him.
He said "Thanks man - now get up and don't be getting your legs dirty"
Dunno why I mention this - makes me look a twat.

I remember watching this game... strangely, Kallis was LBW I think in both innings of inside edges...
