I started buying Ventures records right after that. these days when I want to blow somebody away who has music sense I put their stuff in the machine and wait for the "wow-factor". the best jams from the early 60,s

My dad has the CD of this recording and I am proud to say that I am a 15 year old listening to music created 50 years ago :) TAKE THAT BRITNEY SPEARS! HA.
No clicks, thunks, plunks or strange sounds coming from their instruments. I have always been a Ventures fan, yet this video leaves me in awe and more respectful than I ever have been of their talent.

the ventures were way ahead of everyone else,nobody could match them as an instrumental live group in those days.

The reason I liked the Ventures is that they played melody and Mel Taylor had such great classical technic on the drums.
