Huh. Mine installed without a hitch. When yu use the filters there is a popup for NewBlueFx but it closes and its not a problem. Try customer service at there site to solve yur install glitch.

Once yu install the filters into Vegas, yu just drop one onto the film strip. The adjustment tools popup & yu can fiddle with them. There are several preset filters, but yu can customize all of em. Its really cool!
