I think the Horspath rider is Rob Hunt

It's not Robert Hunt,it's Chris Osborne
About the 8 second mark you can hear a shout of "Up Chris" and the only Chris that I know of that rode for Horspath at the time of the featured event was Chris Osborne who has since left the club.
