Interesting- it looked as if he didnt wait till all the clear water at the bottom had transfered to the top before taking it off the heat (and brewed coffee drops down)... I wonder if it is just a time saver or done for a specific flavor?

@MidniteCafeDubbo There will always be some water left in the bottom, the tube in the center can't suck up water it can't reach. No big deal.
