@leanbodylifestyle for all of you cycle your creatine or face major issues you have to be 18 or older to buy most whey because it messes with your heart
I tried creatine capsules, not worth the money for the results i got plus anything that you have to cycle off of is not for me....stick to protein and a pre-workout supplements....
i'm considering ZMA (zink, magnesium and amino) because its said to raise natural testosterone levels and provides musclegrowth. the thing is, ive read you cant take it with Calcium.
so my question is, how can you NOT eat or drink calcium (its in milk etc) and whats your opinion on it.
@jackobro7934 the fish oil has to be taken twice a day, once at low tide(live near a beach,or on a boat.) and once at high tide.double this on a full moon.the multi vitamin, should be cut into 24 slices,,and taken every hour.(mult=more than 1..)this facilitates individual vitamin absorption.
Moneysaving tip: Recent studies show no extra increase in muscel growth when taking protein shakes, when on a healthy diet. Our food contains more protien than we need and bodybuilders eat more, so that explains why more protein doesn't have effect.Only creatine has a limited effect.
@TheJustyn1111 ....hey, no worry dude, you are young, your body is new, take advantage of that, go to gym for gaining muscles, practice a martial art for your defense, and eat very much good meal for gain healthy weight, dont worry for stupid tales of losers, like protein is bad for young people or is dangerous, that is not true, eggs are 100 % protein and are the best for the body, so, eat eggs, fish, chicken and sea foods for protein, dont drink milk never ever, and read good health articles
Good video, except multi vitamins are a waste of money. The body doesn't need the majority of what is in multi vitamins. These vitamins should be fulfilled through a well balanced diet. Vitamin D is beneficial if you don't get out in the sun enough, along with some calcium, iron, and magnesium. The rest of the shit in multi's youll just end up pissing out.
@beelieve2 after buddy, Couple that with 5grams of tasteless creatine and you have a nice post workout shake. You can also add 5 grams of glutamine if you'd like.
i dont recomend creatine for begginers and the only that gives you is fake muscle and if you stop taking creatine all muscles are gone . but with protein they dont.
Hey Michael. I'm not a beginner but i do not have high knowledge about supplements either so thats why i didnt stop the video. anyway, what i wanted to ask you is about creatine, I've heard that it just fills you up with water, so when you stop taking it all goes away. What do ya say?
i have 100% whey protein and creatine monohydrate but when i do my protein shake i just use one like today i use whey protein and tommorow creatine is this good or i cant add both ?
@metalanimeking .....ok so you do encourage taking proteins right ? and after stopping exercises getting a floppy extra skin all around ur body .....u want muscles earn them throu HIGH density exercise dont just do 8 reps ..then have a 2 spoon shake and get them strengthless mass whats stupid about that ??
hello guys , i want to ask a question i have been traning about 4 monthes but with different plans for example i follow general body plan 3 times a week and then i switch this to chest day , back day , arm day , shoulders day and legs day 5 days a week but some body told me this is not gonna work and i am a fraid what should i do,, i want you to give me exactly what you all do and i want you to be sure of what you say because i am from Saudi Arabia and we do not have Gym instructors like you
hey You got some good info on your videos dogg. But i got a question about protein and creatine. First off when do you recommend i take creatine before or after a workout and does it matter?? same question for protein. and is it good to take creatine on cardio days??Thanks!
@AutoTechHector Take your creatine half hour to 45 minutes before training and then again straight after training. On none training days take it once in the morning and then again in the evening. Drink lots of water all of the time. Protein shake before and or after training.. IMO you should only use whey protein maybe once to twice a day at the most as its loaded with suger and its easy to put excessive amounts of fat on if you use it too much. Try to get the bulk of your protein from food.
@CoLFC It doesnt matter when you take your creatine. You can take it in the morning as well as before/after your workout or whatever, it won't make any difference anyway. Ingestion once a day should also be enough..
Can you talk a bit about the differences from egg white to whey protein. I've heard that egg white is "healthier" but I wanted to know what the differences are. Also for your comment about creatine and "bloating" how does that pertain to abs? I mean does it bloat your stomach or make it look more cut?
@Gorill4503 Well, the body needs protein no matter if you're working out or not. Naturally, everybody needs a certain amount of protein per day, but people who lift weights need even more to help your muscles rebuild. um... If you eat enough protein through everyday meals, you don't need to take a shake on "off" days, but if you don't get enough, then you could take the shake to make up for it. Hope this helps
should i be taking these suppliments all at once or on different cycles? I have the creatine but not the whey powder or fish oils and im not sure how i should be taking these i dont want to cause damage to myself
beginners don't need supplements; they're fine with regular food, and seeing how most supplements are plentiful in not only protein but carcinogens i don't think anyone should be taking them...
you really leave a lot of information out in this video...
Creatine puts tremendous stress on your kidneys and you could potentiality mess them up permanently. I definitely don't think creatine should be recommended to beginning body builders.

@Anonimis00 Even if the chance is 1/30,000 according to you there is still a chance so the risk is relatively high, so my comment still remains valid.
@Anonimis00 Not necessarily, you will tend to find that we get a lot, if not too much, omega 6 in our diet in comparison to omega 3, the ratio should be around 4:1 of omega 6 to omega 3, however some studies suggest we have as high as 6:1 ratios from our diets, making omega 3 supplementation essential in my eyes. :)

thats not true whey protein is bad for health,it can cause various problems.ppl who had high blood pressure and heart disease must stay away from whey protein, creatine is definetely a NO too.
@Curlyfunksta yes, there is.you have to be at least 13 years old for whey concentrate and soy protein powder,16 at least for whey isolate, and 18 for whey hydrosalyte.for jacked 3d,its 21,adults only.
they require also a golds gym card to buy any of these.
